MJA may be required to disclose information for legal reasons, however this information will only be shared when required by law, and will be in accordance with the Privacy Act.

The only information collected and stored about a visitor to this site, during normal web site usage, is the name of the visitors Internet service provider, browser version, the web site that referred the visitor, the pages visited and the date of those visits.
