We carry stock of all of our jewellery and orders are usually shipped within two working days. If you are in Australia and the item you are purchasing is on backorder, it may take up to two weeks for delivery.  If your order has not been received within two weeks please contact us.  International orders will take around 14-21 days to be delivered.

Please note that Solid 14k Gold jewellery products are made to order and will take around 2 weeks for delivery in Australia by Registered Mail with full insurance.
