- Should you wish to obtain a refund or exchange on a product for any reason we ask you to contact us within 14 days of delivery. One of our Customer Consultants will ensure that your request is handled quickly and easily.
- Please be aware that for a product to be refunded or exchanged it must be in new condition as supplied (unused and complete with all accessories) and be returned with the original invoice.
- Goods need to be packaged appropriately when returned to us. Any goods considered to be inadequately packaged on return will not be accepted.
- PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Any product which has been personalised (engraved or filled) cannot be returned or exchanged.
