Every day we receive the most beautiful letters, cards, phone calls and emails. Each and every one of them means the world to us. To know what your jewellery means to you is something that warms our hearts and encourages us so much.

I just had to let you know that the parcel with my beautiful locket arrived safely today, just after lunch. I was shaking while I was trying to open it the anticipation was so great.
What can I say, 'My Special Memorial Locket' is absolutely 'Beautiful', I will be so proud to wear it having part of my precious little boys in it and so close to me, part of me, which is how they always were when they were still here, and now they will be again.
The locket is really lovely and I feel it is even more special because it is a special design, just for me and my babies.
Amanda I can't tell you how grateful I am to you for all of you effort and help and especially your kindness, words would not do justice to how I feel for my beautiful Memorial to my babies and for how wonderful you have been, all I can say is, "Thank you so very much".
Making contact with you is one of the best things that I have done and conversing with you through the emails and doing business with you has been an absolute pleasure and will hold special memories for me as I will be wearing a reminder of this experience on my body, adding to the meaning of my beautiful memorial locket which I truly 'love'.

I received my pendant today & really cannot tell you how much I LOVE IT !!!!!!!!!!!
It has come out absolutely beautiful & when I first saw it I cried. The footprints came out perfect & the pendant is stunning. It is absolutely exactly what I was hoping for & cannot tell you how much it means to me.
Thank you so much for all your help & kindness, I really feel like I have got a little bit of (her) back as I can honestly say having this around my neck really makes me feel like I have her with me & I can’t tell you how good that feels. I feel so proud wearing this pendant & can tell people about (her) when they ask about my pendant. As until now it has always been hard & sometimes awkward when you don’t know the person & they ask if my other daughter is our only child. I have always wanted to say no & tell them about (my daughter) but don’t & then feel sad that I couldn’t or didn’t get to acknowledge her. Now I can proudly through this pendant & honour her as she should be...
Also thank you for the beautiful poem that you sent with it, it also made me cry, especially as it was so kind of you to think of that. It is really beautiful & also reminds me that she is everywhere we are.

Your offer is just the kindest thing I have ever been offered in all of my 51 years. I do not follow my stars as a guide to my day but I do often hear them on the radio in the morning as I am doing the chores. My stars told me that for today, January 5th, " you will find comfort and support from a most unexpected source today for a difficult situation". It doesn't inspire me to live by my stars but it does give one a sense that the universe is at work for the best. At first I told (the lady I care for) that it was just too generous an offer and I could not possibly accept. (She) is a very spiritual person and said that your offer was something you wanted to do and to not accept would be a blow to your kindness and care. I am humbled by your generous offer.
